How I can help?
Tree Risk Assessments
We perform industry standard tree risk assessment. Following the American National Standard for Tree, Shrub, and Other Wood Plant Management – Standard Practices (Tree Risk Assessment a. Tree Failure), also known as ANSI A300 Part 9. We assess trees using the formula Probability x Consequences = Risk.
Tree & Landscape Appraisals
Tree Appraisals
The certified arborists at the Consulting Group give accurate, documented tree appraisals to establish property value and adjusting insurance claims using the standard guidelines for determining urban and residential tree values set by the Council of Tree and Landscape Appraisers (CTLA).
Casualty Loss
Wildfire Assessments
Expert Witness
Sometimes a tree-related matter becomes the subject of an insurance claim or lawsuit. This may happen if a tree causes property damage, bodily injury, or fatality, or when the value of a tree or trees that was damaged by a storm or a person is the subject of an insurance claim or a legal action. As consulting and testifying experts, we work with attorneys, insurance companies and other organizations to provide expert opinion on tree condition, tree values, and industry standards.
